"As part of my learning process and freelance portfolio development, I undertook an unofficial redesign of the Samarthanam NGO website to improve its overall usability, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.

This self-initiated project involved detailed research and analysis (R&D) of the existing website’s structure, content, and user journey. The goal was to enhance user engagement, modernize the aesthetic, and streamline navigation — while maintaining the organization's core values and mission.

All wireframes, mockups, and final designs were created in Figma, focusing on a clean, responsive layout with an emphasis on clarity, accessibility, and emotional storytelling. This conceptual redesign aims to demonstrate my approach to user-centered design and my ability to craft effective digital interfaces from the ground up."
